Interfaith Hospitality Network
Mission Statement
Interfaith Hospitality Network of Greater Cincinnati provides homeless families emergency shelter and hospitality through interfaith communities and works with these families to find and retain stable housing.
 
NEXT HOSTING WEEK:  
 
 
HOW YOU CAN HELP:
 
During our IHN hosting week, we need many hands to make it work.
 
SET UP/TAKE DOWN: 4 people each – ~ 2 hours
Sunday mornings at the beginning of the week:
  • Construct sleeping room walls.
  • Arrange tables, chairs, other furniture.
  • Put beds in sleeping rooms.  Make beds.
Sunday at noon at end of week:
  • Move furniture back.
  • Tear down and store sleeping room walls.
  • General cleaning.
DINNER HOST: 7-8 people; Usually at least 4 to stay
 
Our supporting congregations:Holy Name parish, The Gathering congregation and Mt. Auburn Presbyterian.
